We've waited 2 years to have another Healthful Chinese Dim-Sum Class! There were a lot of retesting and readjusting of the recipes and class rundowns that eventually contributed to the great success of this class. The class was able to sit at the end, like all of our other classes except the last dim-sum class, to enjoy the tasty creations as a team without sacrificing the steamy hot deliciousness best experienced with Chinese cooking.
